Recently developed a rod knock on the 4th cylinder after doing some discing. I replaced the bearing ( the old one I pulled out was not the right bearing someone had cut another bearing to size and forced it in their) it ran alright for close to 3 hours but then began to squeak. I pulled the pan again and the new bearing was dry and hadn't gotten oil but the other bearings were fine.
Any ideas?

I can't think of anything that it could be other than a blocked crankshaft oil passage, assuming that you have already verified good oil pressure. Perhaps you could fix it by loosening all the bearing caps and removing one to access one of the crank oil holes then setting up a line into it to pressurize it with air and then light oil.
