Front Axle 4wd 1301D

Recently heard a binding noise in my front axle and fluid leaking around the rear of the front differential. How difficult is it to change over and get parts?
I recently ordered a parts manual for this model. There is also a leak around the right front knuckle but I am having difficulty removing the king pin due to the fact that it seems the key has been welded directly onto the pin. Does anyone offer a rebuild service? Thanks BOB <E</E>

It really just depends on what parts are broken. We do have almost all of the parts for that model and also offer a complete rebuilding service. We have had customers actually remove their wheels and send us complete axles to rebuild. I am not aware of any shops in your area but I bet someone locally could fix it. If not, our address is below- just be sure to include your phone number &amp; a note what you want done. We can take it apart &amp; give you a quote on what it will cost to fix it. If the kingpin has been welded you will not be able to replace the seal without cutting it off. We charge a shop rate of $35/hr + parts.

I managed to get the key out today, just stubborn. Also noticed what looked like some needle bearings are totaled and a set of gears are pretty roughed up. When I get the parts manual I'll give you ring.
