Is this front end a aftermarket, or a real farmall? Does it look like it will fit the Farmall 400? Stan

Wide front from an H or M Farmall; can fit a 400.

I think that is older then h or m, with those f20 stile wheel castings.

Genuine factory IH. VERY early(late F-20/earlyM) Will fit any thing from M (but not H -350)to 1256(buy I wouldn't recomend it)

I would say Farmall M and not an F20.

F20 had a beam type front axle and later came out with the tube type.
