Front End Loader for 1020

Hello,

I am trying to identify which model of loader is on the 1020 John Deere I have. I know it is a John Deere loader because I found a serial number plate but no model number. Which loader models fit on this model of tractor? Where would the model number be located? Thanks for your help.

Loader models bought with or used on 1020 ; light duty 37; Reg. 47, most common; or heavy duty 48, with utility tractor mountings .... only places model would be is ahead or serial # on plate ; or decal on R & L frame masts....you can download Parts Cat. with pics, on JD parts com..

Below is a picture of the loader. I looked and did not find any decals indicating a model number anywhere.

I was wondering if you could send some closeup of the rear mounting brackets that is if you still have the tractor. THANKS

Do you have a 1020 and a 47 Loader?

Below is a link to the 47 loader parts catalog. It shows the mounts for the 1020, 2020, and 2510. The front mounts are castings I can tell you that.

Edit to add:

If you do have a 1020 or other JD utility tractor of that vintage, does it have these side frames between the front support and the flywheel housing plate. The are recommended with a loader to spread the stress better and prevent damage where the mounts bolt up.
