Will a Massey Ferguson 65 loader fit on a 165?

From what I find it will only accept a MF235 loader. https://www.tractordata.com/farm-tractors/000/7/4/746-massey-ferguson-165-attachments.html
This loader has 2 legs/props to support the loader when detached that are stored on the loader when in use.
Some say the tractor hydraulics will not run a FEL; I'm here to say our 165 FEL worked great off the tractor hyd. system.

What do you mean by "Massey Ferguson 65 loader?" Is it a loader removed from a Massey Ferguson 65, or is the loader model itself 65?

Comparing pictures of the 65 and 165 tractors, the front mounting pads on either side appear to be similarly spaced and located. If the loader is removed from a 65 tractor, it appears there is a good chance it will fit the 165, though modification might be required.

Welcome to the Forums.

To my knowledge there is no Model 65 Massey Ferguson loader. Many brands and models of loaders could be on a MF model 65 tractor.

As Barnyard Engineering posted the tractor mounting points look similar. Hands on measuring of both is best. Then you should be able to tell if it will be a direct bolt up or require modifications.

I don't know if it will be a direct bolt up but with a torch and welder you can make any loader fit any tractor.
