Front wheel hub on 48 A

I have not seen this hub before. Part # A8566R or A3566R not sure. Appears to be a weight type hub. Is this a common hub on an "A" ? It was only on one wheel not both. I only have parts books for the "B" and 60 and did not see it shown. Thanks for any info

It's A3566R and it's a casting#, not a part#.
The part# for it is AA4267R. It's a common hub for reversible wheels.
