fuel cut off valve

Immensly stupid question -- I cant get my FD20 to start --- went in search of a fuel cut off valve in the injector - but see nothing obvious

Not obvious on wiring diagram - so WHAT STOPS THE TRACTOR WHEN I TURN THE KEY?? -- valve ligter calble was coiled up behind dash since before I had it --- I have also a random wirenot connected to starter switch that appears something to do with the glow plugs so dont know where to attach - it although glowplugs seem to work ok with out it!

Spot on ! -- I have located it and taken it off --on the solenoid side the red cable on the moulded plug is parted --all very old and brittle so I dont really know if I have caused that when fiddling just now or if it is the root of the problem, but the lack if clicking gives me hope!!-- If possible, while its off, it would make sense to replace the whole thing -- are these available engine 3TN B32- v (or-u) the diagram . https://xbolt.ru/details/yanmar/129150-66800/ shows a dead ringer - but my syrilic reading aint so hot! - I am in UK - any help appreciated with stockist, partnumber etc

I think your engine number may be 3tn82U. Not sure of it. I have no information on that engine but suspect the part number for the engine stop motor is 129150-66800. If you google that you will find them to be very expensive. I would doubt yours is bad.
