Fuel Pump Leaking

My Case 430 fuel pump (Diesel) is leak at two locations. Throttle lever shaft and the Shut off lever (Both sides).

Questions,

1. is this a O-ring replacement or seal?
2. Does the fuel pump has to be removed to make this repair?
3. Where can I purchase the needed parts?

My 430 with the Roosa master pump was only leaking on the outside of the pump at the throttle shaft. Was an easy fix not having to remove the pump
from the engine. Believe it was an O ring on the shaft. Got the parts off eBay, but cant recall the seller.
If the shutoff side of shaft is leaking Im sure the pump will have to come off to fix.
Personally if I had to remove the pump from the engine I would send it to a shop that rebuilds pumps and make sure everything is right.
