Fuel shut off replacement

Would anyone have the link or contact information for the guy who makes the replacement fuel shut off's? I saw it on here a while back but for the life of me can't find it in the archives. It was a complete different assembly from the lever type but he manufactured them in his shop. I think they were about $70 or so. Thanks

I remember the postings too but couldn't find them. I believe it may have been eBay item 204799386106. However not complete - need to modify fuel line, add your own valve, and no top hat screen. Maybe simpler to use existing valve, seal the needle open, and add an inline valve.

'64 4000 gas had the lever type shutoff. Could never find one that didn't leak. Finally packed around the plunger with JB weld and put an inline valve right before the carb.

Looked through the forums, that was 14 years ago, hasn't leaked yet

64 Ford 4000 Fuel Shut-off

FWIW

That link discusses the process for replacing the rings in the fuel shutoff valve. When you replace the o-rings, you need to be sure you use

HNBR (HSN) Highly Saturated Nitrile 70 Duro O-Ring

Commonly called HNBR or HSN type rings. Typically they are green. They are more resistant to the ethanol in fuel and have higher heat rating and better abrasion resistance.

You can get them here.
