You will need to take it to a GOOD rediator repair shop for recore or refab.

I was going to have my radiator in my truck "rodded out" and I was informed that our great government had put their monkey wrench in yet another trade.All of them said that OSHA and EPA had gotten so bad,that all they will do is flush.no soldering,thus no rodding out.too bad---lha
