Garden Plowing

I plowed my garden today it was near 60°F and calling for upper 60's on Thursday. I haven't plowed in February since 1990. The rye was high
in some areas as the deer kept it mowed off in other areas. Old Wards garden tractor ran fine. Hal

This is the least depressing winter I can recall in awhile, the temps have been mild, no real weather events, not a heck of a lot of rain or moisture, no frost in the ground so the rain just percolates in, usually you get the frozen layer, then mud season starts on top. Could work the garden soil here all winter too mines a few cold snaps, faces south on a hill.
