Just did some repairs on my gas tank .you guys doooo.. paint the gas tank before puting it back in Right???

If you know there are no leaks and everything tank related is up to snuff, yea. That would be the time to paint it. If it still needs work and gets you fed up, it will look good freshly painted sitting in a trash can. Ask me how I know.
