I have a 1946 John Deere A. My question is, does anyone know where I can get some gaskets for the air cleaner to housing and for the lower radiator hose to engine block. Is there a company that is making them or do I have to make them myself. If so are you using cork or some other material? I don"t see them listed in some of the parts catalog, but I have not called them direct to double check yet. Thanks for the help.

When it comes to gaskets I have found that I can get a package of gasket material from NAPA and make my own a lot cheaper and just as good or better than store bought. I made four sizes of hole punches and they serve me well. I don't use much cork unless it's called for. I do use cork under the governor.
