gasoling leaking into crankcase JD620

Replaced diaphragms above fuel bowl on auto shut off but gas still leaking into crankcase. Any help on solving much appreciated.
 
Is the button on top of the sed bowl all the way up? Should move up & down but stay in the up position under the small springs tension.
 
Also make sure the small black rubber gasket is on the inlet stem and seals shut when the top button on the sed bowl top is up.
