I recently purchased a tractor/loader/backhoe that was damaged in a fire. All the electrical gauges and control panel was destroyed, but little else. A new wiring harness is horribly expensive and complicated. The engine runs good and everything else appears to operate well. I jury rigged an ignition switch between the battery, the fuel solenoid and the starter. I need to find some uncomplicated generic wiring diagrams to have the alternator charge the battery and to operate a few lights. I won't be running on the road at night, so I don't need the fancy back up alarm, turn signals or stop lights. Just the basics.
