I know where seven or eight are that has been sitting in weeds for years that are useless. When Terramite sold to an Asian company they took all of the spare parts and tooling to build them out of the US. . With very few, and I mean very few parts available they aren't worth even considering when looking at equipment.
Kubota has taken over the small loader/ back hoe market. At least you can get parts for one if it breaks.

Terramite went out of business about 5 years ago and parts will be harder and harder to get.
I would discourage anyone buying a Terramite.
I bought my first one 17 years ago only because they were made in America, easy to work on and they are gassers.
Someone has replaced the 18 HP Briggs with a 3 cylinder diesel.
They are very useful. Very easy to operate and my Boss can use it too.
