Problem with ghosts is they tend to disappear.

My friend was a photographer at car shows and he would have you shake the chains surrounding the car. This would cause the camera to overlook the chains and take a clear pic of the car. Weird but it worked .

If I hadn't taken the photo myself I wouldn't believe it was genuine after seeing your manipulation of it .
Truly Photoshop or some version of it does make the camera lie . All I can say is that I have never used such a program on this or any other photo , sadly it is beyond my skill , but what fun you could have !
I think I would quite like a photo of me in the presence of Queen Elizabeth .

What kind of camera did you use? Looks like an image stacking error or other form of imaging hiccup. If you were to draw a line straight across that
image where the ghost rider should be, you'll see the data is messed up along that line. It also looks like the cyclist in the background is standing
behind his bike.

I'm not quite as handsome as Willie and not as old as Her Highness but that sure would make a funny photo .
I took it with a Samsung J7 Android phone , no settings just auto and I was at a standstill . The cyclist at the rear was standing , he's an older man who runs out of puff a bit , I see him sometimes when I walk Nipper.

The focal length setting can change what a camera sees. New cameras and phones have auto focus so you must trick it.

I got that at a tourist trap a few blocks from the Capitol in DC when Bush was President.

Actually, I was wearing a green Marine Corps sweat shirt. They just took a profile photo of me, fed it into a machine, and in a minute or two this popped out.
