Gleaner F3 Unload Auger

I"m having a problem with the unloading auger folding out on our 1983 Gleaner F3. It works fine the for about the first hour or so the combine has been ran, but as the day goes on and the machine gets warmed up, the auger doesn"t want to fold out as it should. You have to press down on the switch several times and then it will start to move and finally swing out. Once it starts moving it goes fine. Any ideas on what could be causing this problem?

It's possible that the micro switch on the roller chain is acting up. This tells the auger where to stop when swinging in and out. It's right on the chain connected to the hyd. cylinder.

It may just be the rocker swith in the cab. If you have the automatic option when bin is full try that first.My 83 f3 had this option, very dangerous if you are near trees. I believe it was part of the tattle tale 3 or 4.
