should get-r AL-DUN with the working 2 rows tomorrow ,, plan to drop head , Then set it on its tail and fix a ovaled out bearing holder the shucking rolls... Dopes anyone know a proper procedure of Don't do and DO's that must be checked and so on ,, .. Wish i had a book or a parts schematic to View ,,
 
Pretty much like I said down the page- set the head on its backside, use gravity to help you with the heavy stuff. Pretty straightforward when you look at it- just clumsy parts to get out. Much cheaper if you can buy a parts head- those castings are higher than what most parts heads go for- I"ve bought orange heads for as little as 25, usually about $100. Lots of parts for that money. One roll is way over that. Many common parts on orange heads, no matter the model.
 
If it's an orange bottom head get the smoke wench handy to replace the snapping roll units. Whoever designed that head should have been taken to the woods and shot....
