I know its probably 55 to 59 But cannot determine the exact year model. If anyone has the resources to look it up, I would be greatful.

6 cyl. engine 270
19500 Gross Wt. Single headlights.
Cab: 1762
I dont have a pic on computer yet. Forgot to write it down, but think it has 340 or 370 in grille. Thanks much.

I can't help you with the exact year, but 1958 and 1959 had dual headlights.

55s had the same body style but different grill. The grill was similar to the 55 Chev. Probably a 370. They also made a 350 but not a 340.
