I have a go-jo hand cleaner dispenser purchased from NAPA. I purchased a new container of gojo from NAPA howerer the contents won't slide down inside so the plunger can dispense it. Any suggestions.

I am assuming that everything is assembled together correctly. I guess it would be hard to mess that up...
They usually have a pinhole on top. Put just a VERY small amount of air pressure on that hole as you are trying to pump it. Careful, it might blow out.

Beat me ! P.S. I don't even like that stuff. I Use 'Home Hardware' (CDN) hand cleaner. The best I've used from here to Japan ! (took some with me - those guys loved it).

Container follower from previous container still on top of dispenser. If you did remove that. Squeeze the new container after installed.

After I put the container on the dispenser, I always took a tile-knife and cut the bottom out of the container, just inside the lip. If you have feed problems, just push down on the bottom. Put the top from the can on what is now the 'top' to keep the dust out.

The last can I got was MAC's from NAPA. I had been using it for years. IT WAS NOT the same stuff!!!! 1/2 the can poured out before I got it on the dispenser. The rest ran out in the week or two after it was on there. So I switched over to Fast Orange, which worked o.k. until the gallon jug froze last winter and busted the pump.

I like using Liquid Glove.
Put a small amount on your hands before starting to work on a dirty greasy project.

That go-jo was OLD. Had the same thing happen to mine after a couple years on the dispenser. It started running out of the dispenser and needed a drip catcher under it. Wall mounted and it was a big mess to take the whole thing down as the container is in the way of the mounting screws.
