Good Tractor Cover

Looking for a source to get a good waterprofe and breathable cover, for my TO-20,TO-30, and MFTo-35 gas tractors that have to sit out side.

Right wrong or other wise, I use a plastic tarp. 11' by 8' place it over and either steak out the corners like a tent or wrap the tarp around the wheels and tie the corners together. Tarp is a foot or two off the ground and so I get some air circulation.... Works for me.

The other thing I always do is I put a pail (cat litter, or dry wall mud bucket) over the gear shift levers to help keep the water out of the tranmission case and wrecking that oil.

These pails are a little smaller than a standard 5 gallon bucket and a deep enough to cover the shift levers and sit down on the tranmission housing, yet short enough to slide under the steering wheel.

Here is a picture of the one I use. I have seen then used for many different products.

The rubber gear lever boot off the MF35 (I think it is) fits the TEA20 perfectly (and I am sure, the TO20 and TO30) and stops water entering the gear box via the gear lever.

The other source of water in the transmission is usually via the depth control spring, behind the seat.

Interestingly, Ferguson sold a tractor cover accessory no A-TE-A68. "Ferguson Implements & Accessories" (Page 110) says:

[i:abd837db5f]"The cover extends only over the bonnet to the rear of the seat. It is made of waterproof canvas, with brass eyelets and strong cords for tying it into position"[/i:abd837db5f]

I am sure I saw a photo of the cover, think it was somewhere on the FENA web site.
