Neighbor bought this tractor a year ago. Put a cab kit in and changed all filters, including transmission. Put new inside rear tires on last fall at over $1300 a piece plus $100 a hour to mount. Front tires are 95%. Runs and shifts great! My son fiberglassed the bottom of the front grill as it was in three pieces, held there by a 2x4. I painted the grill screens and planetary hubs and dual rims. Needed it like a hole in the head, but didn't want to see a cowboy destroy it. Wasn't quite good enough for the neighbor as he wanted something bigger and newer. He bought a NH 9482 bareback. This 4690 has 3 point and pto and a trans. heater. It is a beast with 30' equipment behind it. 2470 will get demoted to pull the GP drill, overkill on that job. Not fond of the electronic steering. Have to look at a service manual and see if it can be adjusted. Sorry to ramble...
