got the 7710 running today

just got my 7701 running after it sat in the shop for about 3yrs and outside for about 6. runs real great with that new motor. ill post a new pic of when it is all finished wiring and sheet metal is put on and what ever else we got to do to her.

When you say that you put a new engine in your 7710, did you mean that you actually bought a whole new engine to put in the tractor or did you just get your existing block rebored with new pistons, rings, etc?

Just curious - how much do you figure that you have in the new engine?

bought it new from clinton tractor about 4yrs ago. sat in the corner of the shop for about 3yrs. had it on the tractor for almost a yr. fired rite up after the air was out of the lines. still have the old motor. saving it for parts. it has a lot of work to be done to it if i were to rebuild it. paid 6g for it i think.
