My friend dropped of the MF135 I bought from him, today. I was wondering who sells parts for these. I think new gauges or at least sending units are in order. Probably new filters and more. She runs fine but has been sitting. New tires are a possibility.

She will get the job done but may not look pretty doing it. What should I do, as a new owner, to ensure the basic mechanics/engine/transmission are ready to work for hay work this spring and garden tilling?

Yesterdays Tractor co., Agco dealer, automotive store or local farm store would be a start in parts and filters.First thing I would do is get a service manual for that model of tractor. I would change all the oils and filters, adjust the clutch and brakes, ck radiator condition and run to ck the thermostat ,ck the gas flow to carburetor, gas condition. Also ck the steering joints for play. That would be a start and then study the manual for other possibilities. Have fun .Thats a great tractor model.
