governor adjustment

A few year back there was a post about the proper way to adjust a governor on a YM 1500. I have looked and can't seem to find it. However I need the correct way to adjust the linkage so that the governor on my YM 2000 will work properly. I have both these tractors and have rebuilt the engines on both. I believe the adjustment is about the same on both of these tractors but I don't want to pull the cover and waste the gasket on my YM1500 to take measurements. If anyone could shed some light on this matter I would greatly appreciate it.
