I just finished the governor rebuild on the 2n. I read the manual about the spring tension that I think I understand clearly but not sure If the spring should be set up with the linkage hooked up or otherwise. the spring is a bear to get off and on so I'm asking about a preliminary adjustment. thanks. Ken
