gravely gem on back of tractor there is a handle to release wheels to move around there is a crank type handle would ;ike to know what it is for thanks Paul
 
The crank handle is either a stop for deck cutting height or leveler for deck,tractor is probably a rebranded ariens ht series,if you don't have a manual for tractor,check on ebay,do a goggle search for gravely gem+manual or check with a local ariens dealer.
