Grill insert fit

Quick question, does the grill insert on an M screw into the front bolster or is it a friction fit? I have a screw hole but no holes on the bolster seem to line up...thanks, Anthony

For what it's worth, mine is now a welded fit. I don't have a need to remove it and didn't want it falling out.

Should be a little metal clamp that the screw goes through and catches the grille above and below the insert.

I tack welded mine in also. Ellis
