Them aren't Pennsylvania prices at least on the milk. We pay a good bit more than that there is a state minimum I'm not sure what it is but I would guess 3$ or more a gallon

Would never happen around here.
We have a Dairy Stabilization Board that sets the minimum retail price on milk to be wholesale price plus 6%.

I wouldn't pay a nickel for either! Them eggs are probably 2-3 months old, and store bought milk is just plain disgusting, with little nutritional value....
