I'll post a video- I've removed some stuck pistons but never had a need for this tool:

If I have used it I don't remember I still have the original package and allen wrench. While taking a pix of alignment tools I saw it in the back of the drawer where it would be lost forever. I brought a Hunter light-o-line in the 80's when I moved my shop in 1992 I never set it up again. I have a good friend that still uses one I have kept him up in used parts. He stopped doing repairs other than replace a tie rod end 25 years ago all he does is alignments he sends all repairs to me so its been a good trade off. For what they get for alignments today I should set my machine back up. He is pushing 80 I have talked to him about moving to my shop and tinker but I am trying to get out of this alive myself and enjoy the free time to much to be hung to this.

One thing I never liked are folks that want to wait are want an appointment I am not much for folks customer waiting. Years ago most of the adjustments were under the hood and difficult on a hot engine plus alignments were cheap. I remember them being around $20 I was $35 and you had to leave it. Alignments were $50 to 65 (my guy charged me 25 to 35) for a long time till the big C and PPP brought everyone that wanted an alignment machine. The price today it around $150 my guy charges me $50. He can not do them all because his alignment heads will not fit most wheels today.

There is another guy local that's the real deal he has modern equipment he has cancer and does not work all the time. When you go in for an alignment from either I mentioned its right I don't trust anybody else I have seen to much its in the range ship it are all they do if they do it is set toe. Both will go the extra mile to tell you what you need to do are add to get it in spec.

Most think all is adjustable its not you sometimes have to make it adjustable. I have always looked at it this way if you set a few wood poles one is going to bow/lean go in a different direction alignments are the same. they both suffer from the same foundation affects you cannot fix the pole but can correct the alignment of a vehicle.

If you have a man local this is all he does he's the man to go to.
