h foot throttle

I'm putting a new foot throttle on my H to replace the current broken one. How do I go about removing the belt pulley to put it on. Is this a big project. Hard to readjust when putting back together? My serial number is 40,099. thanks for helping out. I have a lot to learn!
 
Has anyone helped you with this? If not I have a copy of the instruction manual that describes how to remove the clutch pully and readjust the clutch I could e-mail you.
