Air pressure - 16# rear, 25# front.

I know, guys, that's the odd thing. THis copy I have is "Official Tractor Test Number 333", dated October 5 to 11, 1930, University of Nebraska, Agricultural Engineering Department, Agricultural College, Lincoln, signed by Carlton L. Zink, Engineer-In-Charge.
Seems odd to me too.
Maybe it's type errors, but that's what it says.

PDF's of the original Nebraska Test paperwork are available online from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln (UNL). Easily found using google.

The original shows a date of October 5 to 11, 1939. It is a scanned document, originally typewritten.

Whoever transcribed the information you are using, slipped and typed a 0 instead of a 9, and didn't bother to proofread their work before publishing it.
