H3 allis followup

One last question. The H3 we are looking at looks like the tracks are stretched a little. There is slack between the teeth on the drive sprocket. The teeth look great have never been welded or repaired. The track doesn't look worn in any other way. Other than the shuttle not working and one brake that is weak it appears to be a sound machine. Should I worry about the track? The guy wants $800 with me doing the repairs.
