I asked this question years ago. How many years have you or your family owned the same tractor? My
Dad bought that VAO that I have talked about in the past back in 1976. I bought my first tractor
at age 11 back in 1980. It is a VC. I still have both. How about you?? Bill

My Grandson has the 1941 SC that my Grandfather bought new in the spring of 41. That makes it his Great, Great Grandfathers tractor.
Only have about $3000 in the restoration, so it's a bargain!

Have a 1936 cc case that my dad bought in 1941 and his 1966 730 CK diesel that he bought new with a 4 bottom JR plow

$3000 in restoration costs and lets say the tractor was bought new in 1941 for $1000 ( on the high
side ) so $4,000 invested in total. Tractor is 82 years old. That cost of ownership is under $50 per
year, or 13 cents per day. Yes that is a bargain. Bill

I have dad's 53 dc that he bought in 55. My brother has his 730ck that was his favorite tractor that he bought in 72 or so and his 970 that dad bought new in 76. My brother Jeff has dad's Ford jubilee that he bought new in 53 or 54. My brother also owns, but I have, the 4-16s plow that came new with dad's new 830 com in 1960.

It's not a Case, My brother has the Number 3 CO-OP tractor that our grandfather bought from the local CO-OP in 1936, serial #101, it was sold as a refurbished demonstrator, was in use till the early 1970's, was restored in 2010 and is used on tractor rides now. Still has the 15-28 Good Year tires that were put on in the early 1950's, and run's great.
