Handle on Farmall 450????

I've ordered an Oreators Manual for my farmall 450 but is hasn't arrived yet. Just wondering what the handle is for that is located left of the seat and behind the TA lever.

Also, thanks to all for suggestions on getting my tractor running again. Put new plugs, wires, and distributor cap on yesterday and it started right up and is running great once again.

My guess would b the two point.

That handle is for the mechanical draft control on the fast hitch. It should have some notches on it. It is for plowing and other ground engaging equipment. They do work to some extent.
