Will the handshake agreement ever be the same?

I've been avoiding shaking hands, not out of fear of the virus but because of the toilet paper shortage and not knowing what people are wiping with.

There is a technique for using one square of toilet paper. I believe its origin is from the toilet paper ration from army C rations that had a small amount of paper for the soldiers use.

The individual takes one sheet, tears a corner off and holds the corner between their lips while proceeding as follows. Stick your finger thru the center of the sheet and use your finger to clean yourself. When finished you remove the sheet by grasping the sheet and pulling it off your finger to collect any residue. Once that is accomplished you retrieve the corner from your mouth and use the corner to clean under your fingernail.

Never done it but that's what I heard.

I showed my son and some of his high school buddies the method probably 15 years ago. (dry run of course) at first they gave a look of "are you serious" ? then broke out laughing.

My Dad told me when he was on the farm in Iowa you went to the outhouse with 3 corn cobs. One white and two red. You used a red one, then the white one to see if you needed th other red one.
