I was asked, last week, "What is the meaning of Good Friday? What is Passover?" Thank God for the answer to these questions. Thank God for sacrificing His Son, Jesus, that we might live. Praise God, Jesus lives!!!!

How good it is to see men testify of their risen Savior.

When He left His glory on High, it was for me. When He humbled Himself and became the Son of man, it was for me. When He preached the Gospel, it was for me. When He prayed for all who would believe through the testimony of His apostles, it was for me. When He was arrested, it was for me. When He was falsely accused, it was for me. When He was mocked and spat upon, it was for me. When He was beaten, it was for me. When He was scourged, it was for me. When the crown of thorns was pressed into His brow, it was for me.
When He carried that old rugged cross, it was for me. When they nailed Him to that cross, it was for me. When He cried out, Father, forgive them, it was for me. When my sins were laid to His charge, it was for me. When He cried, My God, My God why hast thou forsaken me, it was for me. When He died, it was for me. And, He was buried just as He said, and He arose just as He promised, conquering death, hell and the grave, it was for me. Who but Christ has the power to raise up the dead? Who but Christ can raise up the dead in trespasses and sin? I Praise God for He and He alone has saved me. Oh, He didn't do it just for me, but all who would believe in Him. Praise His name!
