I posted a message the other day about hardblocking and got a lot of replies, thanks alot everyone. Now my question is for the guy that suggested Blue Devil is this something you pour in the block, i have never used this before, i believe my water is coming in around my sleeves due to expansion and contraction sounds like this might be worth a try. Would like to hear more comments about this, Thanks
 
If you think it is coming in from the bottom, I took the head off and poured a pint of K&N block sealer, straight around the sleeves, let it set for a couple of days. Then put water and antifreeze back in, has never leaked a drop in 7 or 8 years. I have no O-rings at the bottom. Vic
