Hauling 1470's

My brother made a deal on a pair of 1470's (one of them a Black Knight) out in NW/NC Kansas, now the trouble is getting them back to EC Wisconsin. He asked me to ask here for any recommendations on haulers, and what he can expect to pay. On a somewhat connected side note- I've been tossing around the idea of a truck and trailer to pull a 1370 to tractor pulls, but I'm confused about what I can legally pull?(I'll get a CDL) Some say up to your tagged weight (not over GVWR of truck or trailer), others say the GCWR of the truck which means even an F-550 wouldn't be near enough for me. And I know I've seen pickups pulling more than that. What are you guys using for 17k tractors?
