Hauling 2 tractors

Good idea except it’s a gooseneck trailer. It would have to be a pretty creative setup to make that work.

Neighbor bolted the ball to top of his quick hitch. Worked fine.

I usually haul only one tractor. This weekend I’m going on a ride with my son, therefore the need for the second tractor. One tractor is a 4020, roughly 8700 lbs and an IH 454, roughly 4800 lbs. I have a 3/4 ton pickup with a 28 foot gooseneck and two 7,000 lb axles with single wheels. I will be traveling 20 miles on flat ground and on pavement. What is your suggestions to load, which tractor first and drive on or back on. Thanks for the input.

I'm curious, what kind of insurance does it take to cover all aspects of this whole activity?

I’m amazed also. Take the son with you , start one tractor , heavier JD and get rolling with it. Then I would load the other one as he is driving home, and get rolling with it. 3 hrs from leaving the yard and 2 tractors are home. Then u can keep reading on Y T how to get them home for the next week.
