Having trouble finding part

So I need to find a weld on hub adapter that fits a1-3/8 PTO to pulley. Bomgaar's has one for 1-1/8 but not the bigger one. Back when it was Orschlen's they had them since I welded one years ago to a pulley

Surplus center has PTO coupler with 2" od. I think most use a QD bushing pulley so it actually clamps to the PTO shaft.

I just looked in there catalog and I cannot find the hub that you weld the pulley onto that fits the 1-3/8 PTO splines

I'll have to measure the hole in the pulley to make sure that one will work. I found one today but the hub would not fit the hole in the pulley so it wouldn't work

I wonder what the diameter of the hub is where the pulley fit on it. I found one like that today but the hub area where the pulley should have fit was not small enough for any pulleiys I have found

I believe those X-Series pulleys and sprockets are 2 inch inside diameter.

If your pulley is to big inside, you might be able to sleeve it.

Machining cost likely would outweigh buying the right X-Series pulley required.

Unless you can do it yourself or beg it done from a friend.

If your pulley is to big inside, you might be able to sleeve it.

I measure the hole in the pulley I have and for that matter every pulley I have found and the diameter is 1.5 inch so 2 inch would be to big.

Hey Old -- Roy here -- how big a pully did You want ? I have one with the pulley on it but I would have to measure it - I do think its b width .

The old one I have is I think 12 inches but I am trying to get down to 9 inches to slow the rate the bar goes to cut down on how bad it shakes the tractor

With that hole being 1-1/2 inch diameter, I do not think you are going to find a weld hub that has 1-3/8 diameter six spline center.

There would be no more than 1/16th of an inch of hub material between the splines and the hub diameter for the pulley to go onto.

That 1-1/2 inch bore weld pulley is likely for a smaller shaft than 1-3/8

I have one on the pulley I want to replace and I found one that was the PTO shaft size of 1-1/8. I could maybe grind off the weld from the 12 inch pulley I made years ago but in doing so I stand to good of a chance of messing up the hub and then not having any pulley for the sickle bar mower. I wish I could find the one that was made for this mower but finding that is not likely either. This is the mid mount sickle mower made for the A/C B/C

Are you sure the one you have is 1-1/2" and not 1-5/8" dia.?
