hay is done.

popped the last bale out this evening. made some green feed as i under seeded alfafa and brome mix so i just cut it down and baled it so the hay would get growing. had a good rain on it but its done. the 660 and new holland 851. and no its not 6x6 bales, as these balers dont makem that big. as sv cummins would say they are puff balls. lol. done till sept for next cutting.

Cows don’t care how much the bale weighs, or how much the equipment costs that made the hay, they eat it all the same . I like seeing old iron making hay. Lots of equipment sitting in sheds that got very good care and very little work. And can still do the work it was intended for, in the right hands
