H3, HD3, and 650 series will fit. Seems there are plenty of used tracks around, but depends on what part of the country your are in. Scrapyard near me in New York has several. I also just passed one up in northern Michigan.

I was looking for tracks last summer for my HD4. A tractor scrapyard near me, in Sharon Springs, New York, had several pairs. Some flat-pad loader tracks, and some grouser-pad dozer tracks. There are several H3s, HD3s and an HD4 in the yard.
Website as follows. I warn you though, that asking about parts on the phone does not always work very well. I've called many times and was told they did not have the parts I wanted. And, every time, I drove over there I'd found plenty.
They should of paid me a finders-fee.
I know last summer, there was at least two pairs of halfway decent tracks, other then the pair I bought. I got a nice pair of dozer tracks with grouser pads almost like new. I paid a total of $800 for them.

Seeing that your in PA, have you tried Marshals? I've bought a lot of used AC crawler parts from them.

There is also a guy that frequents this website who has a crawler scrapyard in northern NY. He usually says he has parts for the AC crawlers. Do a search, he has a website. I tried to buy from once and got nowhere. Maybe you'll do better.
