Rebuilding 1060 641 134 ci motor rebuild kit came with metal head gasket.what kind of gasket sealer should i use for this.also rolled up edge around cylinders up or down or does this only goes one way?

That head gasket will only fit one way.

I'd put it on dry and let it do its own sealing.

There is hardly ever an always,but most of the time the lettering on the head gasket goes up. Most are made to go in dry but I like to use a spray on sealer (high tac) to make it sticky.

on a red tiger i'd put it on dry unless the block deck had some overzealous screwdriver or scraper marks.. and then i'd seriosly consider a decking...

K&W Copper Coat gasket sealer. I use it for insurance, unless the gasket you are using specifically forbids it.
