Hebart shop mule

Hey guys,
What do you think a shop mule is worth? 3pt hitch new tires,little smoke. My uncle and I were going to build one of these but he tragicly died in an accident so now I have all of these parts and Im not sure what his plan was...figured if I bought one I could match most things up...What do you think
