hello, adding a rear hyd remote on dc

What do you have currently? Most of the DC's that age I have seen already have hydraulics.

If all you have is a PTO there are two options. Best one is hit a junkyard and get the rear cover off a DC that has hydraulics. These were a field installed option. I have a copy of the Case install owners manual for the attachment. If I remember right they even talked about blocking up the rear of the tractor so you didn't have to drain the Tran grease. Anyway just get one of those covers and install and you are good to go. Nother option is to pick up a Charlynn hilo pack. These are getting hard to find anymore and with one of these you lose your PTO.

If you have hydraulics and want to add a second remote go to a hydraulics supply outfit (I will include a link to my favorite). Then just make the brackets, hoses etc to your own use.

yes I have a case dc that has the 2 point culti lift, so Yes I do have hydraulics. I was wondering how to run hoses and fittings, so I will have the option of running hydraulics to implements, I think I would have to bypass the culti lift, in order to do this right,but just not sure the best and easiest way to to do this,Thanks Jim

get dual hyd off newer dc simple replacment for singel line hyd from 51 and newer dc or put connectors as in any farm store on your present lines to "cultivator lift" tiis will only let you use one or the other at a time. Or really do yourself a favor and add whole live system with case combine pump between govenor and mag. call 812 699 0011 for details

Every DC that I have seen with a hydraulic cultivator lift has hyd. couplers in the line to the cult. lift cyl. Simply unhook the couplers and hook them to your implement. If someone has removed the couplers, just put them back in.

I remember you have redone your "DC",and thinking you might want to find original couplers,(female).
You can I"m sure still purchase them new from CNH,check there parts catalog.Or go to a salvage yard and get them off.Also a parts manual online might show you how they mount and you can also get the mountings also.Just my take in keeping her original.Email me if you have questions
