help! advice ? tips? about 2n

my 2n had a leak in oil pan so I swapped out gaskets . I bought a new carbureter and replaced exhaust manifold. and replaced gaskets . tractor back together now won't start. getting power but doesn't want to fire? i got a new distributor cap also and bc old one was cracked...any advice or pointers would be appreciated thanks . I put old carbureter back on thinking it might be carb, but still same .
