HELP: Early Snapper Mower Hub

I am in need of an early drive wheel hub that has teeth on the inside ring and the brake band exposed on the outside of the hub.

I have had some leads, but nothing matches.

What years did they use this type of hub? How much is the mower worth in really good condition?

Mower is worth exactly how much more than you someone wants it.
