Tire is 4:00x80. Has cone
and cup bearings. The cotter key may not be original. I would think with cone and cup bearings originally it had a nut with cotter key to lock it. Is not drop center so you have to remove 6, 1/4 inch bolts to separate the rim halves. Wheels are on small trailer for garden tractor. Trailer is home made. Curious as to what original application was for the wheels.
